Wow, FedEx UK offer a really poor service.
I recently ordered some new trainers from Ozzys, nice site, with a great selection of funky treds.
For whatever reason, Ozzys do their deliveries through FedEx.
FedEx only deliver during standard 9-5 office hours, which is pretty useless for most people ![]()
They don’t do any morning, evening or weekend deliveries – wtf?!
So I had to trapes all the way to their local depo after work. Oh my days, the customer service was poor.
You get to the depo, and there’s no signage on the door or anything, just ‘Push’ which doesn’t work. After looking around, there’s an intercom a couple of meters away. Press-and-wait.
Someone comes to the intercom, tells me to go inside and sit down. So I walk into the shabby ‘reception area’ aka ‘chair at the bottom of some stairs’, sit down on a black seat, that used to be blue, and wait.
I wait there for a good 15minutes in silence, with no word from anyone. No sign of any activity.
Eventually someone comes up to me from the back room, to ask for my delivery slip, then dissapears for another 10minutes. When he comes back, he tells me he can’t find my parcel, and checks if I called them etc.
Yes I called. I called yesturday and today. After insisting this, he goes back for another 5mins and eventually finds my package.

What an unpleasant service. Please FedEx, fixup.
And Ozzys.co.uk … please use CityLink? Or even the over-priced DHL is better than FedUp.
